Speaking at the annual ‘Parity and Equality in News International Summit’ in Brussels yesterday afternoon, media conglomerate and all-round sweetie, Goobert Sherlock, decreed that the lives of French cartoonists are to henceforth be worth more than those of African villagers at a ratio of roughly 200:1, insofar as media coverage is concerned.
